Agrawal Order On Board / 1 0/201 (1) The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 8/2014 registered at Police Station Dhaudai, District Narayanpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 120(B), 121, 121 (a) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 & 27

of the Arms Act.

(2) This bail application has been filed by applicants stating it to be first application for grant of bail whereas their first bail application has already been rejected by this Court in M.Cr.C. No.690/2015 on 09.03.2015, therefore, second bail application is dismissed.
