1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.297/2020, registered at Police Station Tamnar, Distt. Raigarh, for the offence punishable under Section 21-A of the NDPS Act.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the same at an appropriate stage.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
