This revision petition is directed against the order dated 4-12-2015 passed by the Special Judge under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Korba in Special Case No. 237 of 2015 whereby charges have been framed against the applicant for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 448, 451, 354 (twice), 354-A (twice) of the IPC and Section 8 of (twice) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3 ()(xi) (twice) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, which is under challenge.

From perusal of the order passed by the trial Court and documents, it appears that much time has been passed by the trial Court in not concluding the trial.

In view of the aforesaid fact, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw the instant revision petition with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

Accordingly, the instant revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial within a further period of four months after receipt of a copy of this order. Certified copy as per rules.
