2. Collector Raigarh, District Raigarh Chhattisgarh.

3. Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat Raigarh, District Raigarh Chhattisgarh.

4. Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Baramkela, District Raigarh Chhattisgarh.

5. Block Education Officer, Block Baramkela, District Raigarh Chhattisgarh. --- Respondents For the Petitioner : Mr. Vimal Tondey, Advocate For the State/Respondents : Mr. Kapil Maini, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order on Board -12-2019

1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade III on 18.06.2005 and completed 8 years of continuous service by 18.06.2013 and the revised pay scale though is admitted to have been granted, but actually payments have not been released. Therefore, the petitioner made several representations for payment of arrears. Learned counsel submits that for the time being, a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the representations.

2. A perusal of Annexure P-1 dated 25.01.2019 prima facie shows that the order was passed by the CEO Baramkela to give the petitioner certain

salary under a particular pay scale. If the same has not been paid till date, certainly the petitioner is entitled to the same. Consequently the respondents are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner which appears to have been filed on 07.09.2019 within a further period of 4 months from the date of receipt of this order.

3. With such direction/observation, this writ petition stands disposed off. Sd/- GOUTAM BHADURI JUDGE R a o
