1. The aforesaid Miscellaneous Criminal Cases are being disposed off by this common order.

2. All the first bail applications under Section 439 of the CrPC and there is no bail application is pending before any other Court.

3. Perused the case diary provided by the learned counsel for the State in M.Cr.C. No. 4698/2017 in connection with the Crime No. 19/2017 registered at Police Station Gidhouri Tundra, District Balodabajar (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 489-A, 489-B, 489-C & 489-D/34 of IPC, in M.Cr.C. No. 4812/2017 Crime No. 221/2017 registered at Police Station Gidhowri-Tundra, District Balodabazar

(C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 489-[k/34, 489x/34, 489-M-/34 of IPC, and in M.Cr.C. No. 5424/2017 Crime No. 19/2017 registered at Police Station Gidhouri, District BalodabajarBhatapara (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 489(A), 489(B), 489(C), 489(D) and 489(E) of IPC.

Case of the prosecution, in brief is that on 29/01/2017 Sub Inspector Kishore Chandrakar posted in Police Station Gidhouri received the information that two persons in green motorcycle are searching the consumer to expand the fake notes. A Special Team was formed and raid in a green motorcycle, two persons were found namely Bhagwat Sahu and Raju Kumar Kashyap. During the investigation memorandum of Bhagwat Sahu recorded and seized from him some fake notes. The memorandum of Dujram recorded and some fake notes were also seized from him. Memorandum of Ajay Kumar Khunte was also recorded and some fake notes were also seized from him. Memorandum of Tejaswani Kumar Banjare was also recorded and some fake notes and computer set were also seized from him.

Memorandum of Gangadas Manikpuri was also recorded and some fake notes were also seized from him. Memorandum of Gyandas Kurre was also recorded and some fake notes were seized from him. From Raju Kumar Kashyap some fake notes were also seized. During the investigation it was found that the Dujram, Ajay Kumar Khunte and Tejaswni Kumar Banjare prepared the fake notes and these notes were expanded by Bhagwat and Raju Kashyap.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicants are innocent and falsely implicated in the present case and the applicants are in jail since 29/01/2017, therefore, they shall be released on bail.

6. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application.

7. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the seriousness of the alleged offence and considering this fact that fake currency badly affects the economy of the Nation also the impact of granting bail on the society, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicants.
