1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of termination dated 26.05.2017.

2. This Court at the outset is of the view that writ petition is not maintainable for the reason that petitioner has an alternative remedy under the Statutes by raising a dispute under Section 78 of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

3. In view of the fact that there is an statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner, reserving the right of the petitioner to avail

the said benefits in accordance with law, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
