1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the report of the petitioner FIR has been registered against respondent No.4 but investigation has not been completed yet.

2. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to move an application before the Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur, (Respondent No.2) and the concerned Superintendent of Police is directed to consider the application strictly in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty in favour of the petitioner.
