1. Heard on I.A. No. 1/2017 for withdrawal of bail application.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial Court has framed charge against the applicant under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 only. With this he intends to file application under Section 437 of the IPC before the concerned trial Court in these changed circumstances. Hence instant MCRC may be disposed of as withdrawn.

3. As prayed, instant MCRC is disposed of as withdrawn without any appreciation on its merit.
