A request letter has been received from the Special Court under the POCSO Act, Bhanupratappur praying for extension of time to dispose off Special Criminal Case No.11/2020 pending before that Court. 2.

This Court while disposing off MCRC No.3605 of 2021 by order dated 15-07-2021 directed the trial Court to expedite the proceeding and conclude the trial within a period of three months.
