1. The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is the nondeciding of the representation that the petitioners have filed seeking for honorarium for the month of April to September, 2020.

2. According to the petitioners, they were working as Guest Teachers in Eklavya Model Residential School Campus- Poudidih, Block Khadgawan, District Korea. According to the petitioners, during COVID-19 pandemic, for the period between April to September, 2020, the petitioners had taken classes through on-line mode (video conferencing), however, they have not been paid honorarium for the said period. He submits that the petitioners have been making repeated approach to the respondents 2 & 3 but till date their grievance has not been redressed. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition at this juncture be disposed of directing the respondents 2 & 4 to take a decision so far as the claim of the petitioners for honorarium is concerned.

3. The limited prayer is not opposed by the State counsel.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 & 4, subject to verification of facts as to whether the petitioners have discharged their duty during the said period or not, to decide the claim for payment of honorarium at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
