This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no case is made out against him and he is being harassed.

This Court finds that the cognizance has already been taken by the Magistrate way back in the year 2013. However, till date, charges have not been framed as stated before this Court. The present case is at the stage of framing of charge. Therefore, the petitioner would be at liberty to pursue his remedy before the Magistrate by arguing the matter on framing of charges, by raising all the submissions, which are available to him under the law.
