1. Heard.

2. As per the case of the petitioner, the petitioner services were engaged for data entry by the respondent No.3 Chief Executive Officer Jila Panchayat Ambikapur District Surguja in the year 2009 and the work was completed in the year 2010. Subsequently, in the year 2011, 60% part payment of the bill was released, however, the remaining 40% amounting to more than Rs.30 Lakhs has not been released despite the fact that the petitioner successfully without any stigma has

executed the job.

3. Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to make representation to the Collector-cum- District Program Coordinator so that the petitioner's amount for the work done may be released.

4. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner without any observation on the merits, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation within a period of 30 days from today before the Collector/respondent No.2 giving all the details and necessary documents and if such representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
