The Petitioner, who has filed a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act is stated to be 68 years of age. There is no ground why she cannot attend the hearing at Koriya where she has filed the complaint. The medical report only states that the Petitioner is under treatment for Bronchial Asthma. This is not such disease with which the person cannot travel. Even the certificate does not say that the petitioner cannot travel.

In view of the above, I find no ground to transfer the complaint. The petition is rejected accordingly.
