After arguing the matter for sometime, Ms. Singhai seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file duly constituted revision against the order impugned dated 24.08.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pandaria, District Kabirdham in crime No. 109/2018. 2.

Prayer allowed.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for.

Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the order impugned dated 24.08.2018 (Annexure P1) after obtaining the photocopy of the same to the counsel for the Petitioner.
