Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 04/09/2019
1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that in the impugned order he has been shown to have been a headmaster, whereas he is substantively a Shiksha Karmi Grade-II.
2. According to the petitioner, in case if by the order of transfer he would have been transferred as a Shiksha Karmi Grade-II he would not have any grievance.
3. The State counsel undertakes for issuing necessary instructions in this regard ensuring that the petitioner is sent on the substantive post that he otherwise holds in the Department.
4. Given the said facts and considering the distance between the two places of transfer, this Court is not inclined to grant any interim protection to the petitioner. The writ petition thus finally stands disposed of.
