2. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested on 6-6-2017 in connection with Crime No. 87/2017 registered in PS Sankara, distt. Mahasamund (CG) for offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii) (B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 (in brevity 'NDPS Act').

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge sheet is not yet filed and the applicant is remanded by the Special Judge, NDPS Act, Mahasamund. The applicant has been falsely implicated. As per allegation 7.200 kg of Ganja has been seized from the applicant. He may be granted bail as trial may take some time.

4. Per contra, learned State counsel opposes the bail application.

5. Perused the matter.

6. Looking to the quantity of Ganja so seized from the applicant and other facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Consequently, instant MCRC is dismissed.
