The defaults pointed out by the Registry of this Court in the instant case stand ignored as of now.

With the consent of learned Counsels appearing for their respective parties, heard the matter finally at admission stage itself. 3.

Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the Order dated 8.12.2020 whereby Petitioner has been transferred from Government Higher Secondary English Medium Excellence School, Mahalpara, Block Baikunthpur, to Government Higher Secondary School, Ronk, Block Bharatpur under Koriya Distt. 4.

Considering the short distance between the two places of posting, this Court does not find this to be a strong case made out by the Petitioner calling for an interference with the impugned order.

However, the right of the Petitioner stands reserved for approaching the authorities by making a suitable representation seeking for any modification or different place of posting, which if made, the authorities are expected to take a decision on the same, at the earliest, in accordance with law. 6.
