The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 08.12.2020 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Higher Secondary English Medium Excellent School, Mahalpara, Block Baikunthpur, District Koriya to Govt. Primary School, Badgaonkhurd, Block Bharatpur, District Koriya.

Considering the short distance between the two place of posting this Court does not find any strong case made out calling for an interference with the impugned order. The writ petition therefore deserves to be and is accordingly rejected.

However, the right of the petitioner stands reserved for approaching the authorities by making suitable representation seeking for any modification or different place for posting, which if made, the authorities are expected to take a decision at the earliest in accordance with law.
