1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 11-2-2020 in connection with Crime No. 66 of 2020 registered in Police Station- Gobra Navapara, District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the same as and when occasion arises.

3. Permission is granted.

4. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
