This Review Petition has been preferred against the order dated 24.12.2014 passed by this Court in W. P. No. 2030/2001, wherein it has been observed at para 4 and 5 as under :- "4.

The Court does not find any infirmity in the Departmental Proceedings for the manner in which the Respondents have proceeded by giving a second show cause for a difference of opinion and then ordered censure.

The petitioner is stated to have filed appeal against the same also unsuccessfully. The order of punishment warrants no interference."

While observing as such, it has been observed while considering the submission of Respondents that if the period of censure has expired and his case of promotion was kept in sealed cover, then it may be opened subject to any other issues and/or proceedings that may be pending or in which orders may have been passed.

Upon going through the directions contained in the order aforesaid, I do not find any mistake or error apparent on the face of the record so as to require to be interfered in this petition.
