1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking for following reliefs :- (I) The respondents may kindly be directed to promote the petitioner on basis of 23.12.1997 DPC along with consequential benefits of Assistant

Registrar as shown in para 19 of this petition, where all juniors are promoted, in the interest of justice.

(ii) The respondents have harassed and tortured mentioning the order of the Court of dated 05.07.2012 and got false judgment, they should be punished economically. The amount may kindly be decided and ordered to pay, in the interest of justice.

(iii) They may kindly be directed to pay all the amount with compound interest to the rate of 9% in limited time, in the interest of justice. (iv) That, court fee and expenses in twice may kindly be decided and ordered to pay in limited time, in the interest of justice. (v) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.

2. Considering the fact that petitioner has already filed the writ petition i.e. WPS 1961/2003 which stood dismissed on 11.01.2013, against which the petitioner had preferred an appeal in which the petitioner had appeared in person and Writ Appeal also stood dismissed on 11.07.2013, this Court finds it difficult to entertain the present writ petition at this juncture for the same relief.

3. If at all, if the petitioner was aggrieved of the order passed by two Courts i.e. the Single Bench in WPS 1961/2003 and the Division Bench in WA 106/2013, the petitioner had remedies open which perhaps the petitioner has not availed at that point of time.

4. Reserving the right of the petitioner to avail remedies if still open to the petitioner, the present writ petition stands rejected. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rohit
