Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working on the post of Secretary, Janpad Panchayat, Kota, District - Bilaspur, but he has

not been given salary for the month of September, 2019, October, 2019, November, 2019 and January, 2020 for which, he had already made representation to the authorities.

Respondent No.2 / Deputy Director Panchayat, Bilaspur is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in the matter within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
