Agrawal Order On Board 26/09/2018 (1) This is an application filed under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (henceforth "Cr.P.C.") for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No. 1Amritlal Paikara by this Court in M.Cr.C. (A) No. 1060/2014, decided on 04.12.2014. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the anticipatory bail was granted to respondent No. 1 on wholly untenable grounds and on the basis of forged and fabricated documents and, therefore, anticipatory bail granted to the respondent No.1 be cancelled.

(3) Per contra, counsel for the State would support the order granting anticipatory bail to the respondent No. 1.

(4) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, no valid and sufficient ground for cancellation of
