Heard on the petition for modification of the order dated 04.08.2016 passed in M.Cr.C.(A) No. 629/2016.
2. On due consideration, I do not find any suitable reason to modify the order dated 04.08.2016 passed in M.Cr.C.(A) No. 629/2016.
3. Accordingly, the Cr.M.P. is rejected.
4. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to file fresh application before the Court below, if so advised.
