1. The applicant has filed this revision petition under Section 19(4) of the Family Court Act challenging the order dated 09.08.2021 passed by the 2nd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, C.G. in Case No.350/2015 rejecting the applicant's application to stop the proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. on respondent attaining the majority.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a suitable application before the concerned Family Court.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
