1. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has made repeated approach to the authorities concerned for transferring him from the present place of posting but till date no decision has been taken.

2. According to the petitioner he has been working at the Government Medical College & Hospital, Ambikapur and posted there since 2017 as such he has completed 3 years of service. The claim of the petitioner is that now that he has completed 3 years of service, he has made request

for transferring him to any other non scheduled area. He further submits that authorities in the department have also recommended for transfer of the petitioner.

3. Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, without entering into the merits on the request of the petitioner, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioner to make fresh representation within two weeks to the respondent no.1 to 3 who in turn shall consider and decide the request of the petitioner/representation taking into consideration the administrative exigencies, Rules and Policies governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
