The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that, though he has been granted an order of appointment on 23/07/2017 and as per the order of appointment, when he went to the place of posting, he has been refused joining by the respondent No.4 on the ground that, the post is not available.

Thereafter, the petitioner has been moving from pillar and post, but till date he has not been given any place of joining.

Given the said limited grievance of the petitioner, let the respondent No.1 take a decision in the case of the petitioner keeping in view the order of appointment in mind and also taking view of the fact that the respondent No.4 refused to grant joining on account of non-availability of vacant post. 4.
Let this exercise be done within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent No.1 of the order passed by this Court.
