2. The matter pertains to mutation of the name of either of the parties over the suit land in respect of which Civil Suit No.7A/2010 has already been decided by the District Judge, JanjgirChampa on 25.9.2014 and thereafter, FA No.143/2014 is pending consideration before a Coordinate Bench of this Court.
3. It appears the parties should work out their remedy for seeking the appropriate interim relief in the pending first appeal i.e. FA No.143 of 2014.
4. Let the petitioner move appropriate application in the pending First Appeal.
5. The writ petition is disposed of. In the event, no orders are passed in the pending First Appeal, the petitioner would be at liberty to repeat this petition.
