Today when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in between the petitioner has also availed the remedy of appeal and the appeal has since been forwarded to the State Government by Her Excellency the Governor.

Since the petitioner has already availed the remedy of appeal and the appeal is under consideration before the authorities concerned,

the present writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of expecting the State Authorities to take a decision on the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

Needless to mention that any further development would be subject to the outcome of the appeal that the petitioner has preferred. 4.
