The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.160/2016 registered in Police Station Arang, District Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of Indian Penal Code. 2.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation is that the applicant alongwith one Kamlesh Kumar on the basis of forged ownership documents obtained loan of Rs.42,000/- from the Dena Bank. Thereby, offence has been committed.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that from the statement of Branch Manager which has been admitted it would reveal that entire transaction was made by one Kamlesh Kumar who submitted all the documents to get the loan. He submits that charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation is necessary, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, charge sheet has been filed and the applicant is in jail since 26/04/2016, this court is

inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
