The present writ petition has been filed questioning the order of transfer dated 04.12.2020, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from District Kanker to District Sukma on administrative exigency.

On a query, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has been working at the present place of posting since August, 2018 itself, which means that the petitioner has remained at the present place for more than 21⁄2 years. 3.

Given the said facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the age of the petitioner this Court does not find any strong case calling for interference with the impugned order of

transfer. The petitioner at best may have the liberty of approaching the authorities by making a suitable representation seeking for any modification for change of place of posting, which if made the authorities are expected to take a decision in accordance with law. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
