1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that this petition has been brought with a prayer for issuance of appropriate direction to the respondents/ Authorities to take proper action in the FIR registered as Crime No. 22 of 2018 for the commission of offence under Section 363 of the Cr.P.C. As it is informed by the State counsel that accused - Bhakta Prahlad @ Ankit Sonwani in this case has been arrested for the offences under Sections 363, 366 and 376 of the IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of

-2Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, this petition has become infructuous which may be disposed of.

2. Learned counsel for the State/respondents confirms that according to the information received in the case-diary that is available it is clear that the accused person in this case mentioned herein-above has been arrested and the investigation agency has taken proper course, therefore, the petition be disposed of.

3. Considering the submissions made by counsel for both the parties, this petition is disposed of.
