1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 04.11.2020 in connection with Crime No. 313/2020 registered in Police Station- Baradwar, District Janjgir-Champa (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397, 450 & 120-B of IPC.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
