1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 21.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Nagrik Kalyan College, Nandani Nagar (Ahiwara), District Durg to Govt. Naveen College Parpodi, District Bemetary.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he is substantively a Principal and that he was sent to the Education Department in the year 2016 as an Assistant Professor which was challenged in WPS No. 4580 of 2016. This

Court had granted him an interim protection on the post of Principal. The said writ petition is still pending before this Court and the interim order is also in operation. According to the petitioner, the respondents have now again transferred the petitioner on the post of Assistant Professor which would be in contravention to the interim protection granted by this Court in WPS No. 4580 of 2016.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make an appropriate representation in this regard to the respondent no.1 within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and the respondent no.1, keeping in view the interim order passed by this Court in the said writ petition, consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Meanwhile, till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order, so far as the petitioner is concerned, shall not be given effect to.
