Learned counsel for the parties would submit that the issue involved in this petition is covered by decision rendered by this Court in the case of Avinesh Kumar Namdev and ors. v. State of Chhattisgarh and ors. (WPS No.5328/2021) in which in paragraphs 5 and 6, this Court observed - "5.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioners have i.e. for clearance of the arrears of payment at the earliest and considering the fact that it is almost 10 months now that the decision of the respondents Annexure P/3 was taken on 22.12.2020, ends of justice would serve if the writ petition at this juncture disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire arrears of payment payable to the petitioners are cleared at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, failing which the entire amount shall carry interest @ 10% p.a. from the date of order Annexure P/3 dated 22.12.2020 till the actual date of payment is made.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of."
