1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken-up through video conferencing.

2. Trial has already been concluded on 20-12-2019 and direction with regard to disposal of narcotic drug has already been passed. The petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy available to him under the law with regard to the disposal of the property. The petitioner is also at liberty to raise all the pleas available to him under the law before the appropriate authority.
