1. Heard.
2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the land of the petitioner was acquired by respondent No.2 for the purpose of national highway, however,
though the land of the petitioner was acquired but the compensation has not been paid.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the circumstances the petitioner may be allowed to make representation to the SDO, Katghora, the competent authority, so that the grievance of the petitioner may be considered. He would further submit that the petitioner has already made a representation before the Collector.
4. Considering the facts & circumstances of the case, without any further observation, it is directed that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a representation before the Respondent No.5 along with all the necessary documents within a period of 30 days from today and on such representation being filed, the same shall be decided within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
