1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for regularization.
2. According to the petitioner, she has been working on the post of Superior Field Worker under the respondents No. 3 & 4 since the date of initial engagement 09.07.1984.
3. The contention of the petitioner is that she has got only about one year of service left for retirement and is still working on daily wage basis.
4. Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case and also taking into
consideration the Rules and Regulation in-respect-of the contingency paid employee, let the respondents No. 2 & 3 take an appropriate decision so far as the claim of the petitioner for regularization is concerned at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
