On 29.10.2021, this Court had passed the following order : "Heard Mr. Sushobhit Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Ayaz Naved, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

By filing this petition, the petitioner states that his minor daughter, aged about 17 years 7 months and 3 days, went missing from home since 14.09.2021 and in this context, the petitioner had filed an FIR, which is registered as FIR No. 511 of 2021 at Police Station, Mungeli.

Mr. Naved, on instructions, submits that the investigation has revealed that minor daughter of the petitioner is with the son-in-law of the writ petitioner and as per the mobile location, they are presently in Bihar. He wants to file an affidavit in this regard.

List this matter on 09.11.2021.

In the meantime, the investigating officer shall continue to trace out the missing daughter of the petitioner." 3.

Today, Mr. Chandra Kumar has submitted that the missing girl has been recovered and she is presently with the petitioner and therefore, he has got instruction not to press this application. 4.

Mr. Naved also submits that the girl has been recovered on 02.11.2021 from the custody of one Khemraj, who is the son-in-law of the writ petitioner and the custody of the girl was handed over to the writ petitioner on 04.11.2021.
