1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure p1 dated 22.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Balod to Bastar.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that it is only in March, 2019 that petitioner was posted at the present place of posting as is evident from Annexure P-2, in less than six month's period the petitioner is again being subjected to transfer. He further submits that in the past the petitioner has already worked in the scheduled area as would be

-2evident from the order dated 02.03.2019 and the petitioner is now again being sent to a scheduled area.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 15 days from today and respondents on receipt of representation shall consider and decide the same within a period of 45 days.

4. Till decision is taken on the representation of the petitioner, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
