2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is entitled to be promoted on the

post of Upper Division Teacher from the post of Assistant Teacher, but her case has not been considered for promotion whereas her junior has been promoted for which the petitioner has filed various representations to respondents No. 3 and 4, but they have yet not considered her representations.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to file representation before respondents No. 3 and 4 within two weeks from today which will be considered and decided by them within 60 days from the date of filing of the representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

4. With the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
