The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 10.09.2018 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Bemetara to Raipur. (C.G.).

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the action on part of the respondents clearly falls within the ambit of frequent transfer. He further submits that, after promotion the petitioner had recently been posted at Bemetara vide order dated 31.03.2018 on the basis of which the petitioner joined on 03.04.2018 and in barely within a short span of 5 months time, the present impugned order has now been passed. 3.

The aforesaid factual matrix is not in dispute by the counsel for the respondent/State also.

In the given facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days from today and the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the same within a period of 30 from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
