1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondents in not completing investigation and filing charge sheet.

It is submitted that on the allegation of commission of offence, a report was lodged against respondent No.6 in the police station but when no action was taken, application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. was moved before the Special Judge upon which, an enquiry was ordered. Finally, the police has registered offence on 20.7.2018, but, till date, the investigation has not been completed and challan has not been filed. It is also alleged that police is also not arresting respondent No.6. It is further submitted that respondent No.6 is giving various threat to the petitioner.
3. The FIR has already been registered. Thereafter, the Investigating Officer has to complete his investigation as early as possible and submit final report. It is the duty of the police to apprehend an accused who is alleged to have committed non-bailable offence unless he is granted bail by any competent Court.
4. Therefore, with the aforesaid observation and direction, this petition is disposed off.
