The dispute in the instant Writ Petition is that of non-granting of charge to the petitioner at the Hotkondal Durgukondal Range, Forest Division East Bhanupratappur, District Kanker (C.G.).

The matter in brief is that, the petitioner working as a Deputy Ranger has been transferred from the District Minor Forest Produce Union Limited, Keshkal to Hotkondal Durgukondal Range, Forest Division East Bhanupratappur, District Kanker (C.G.) vide order dated 14/08/2017.

In compliance of the said order, the petitioner has already reported for duty at the said place. However, the petitioner is not been given charge at the place of joining and the charge still been retained by the respondent No.5 who is junior to the petitioner in service as well as in rank. 4.

Given the limited dispute raised by the petitioner, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent No.3 within a period of 10 days from today and the respondent NO.3 in turn shall take appropriate steps in accordance with the rules and regulations so far as handing over charge is concerned considering the status of the petitioner and the respondent No.5 keeping in view the circulars of the State Government.

Let this exercise be done within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
