The Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 21.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Integrated Women and Child Development Department, Kota, Distt. Bilaspur to the Integrated Women And Child Development Department, Kunda, Distt. Kabirdham 2.
The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a widow lady staying along with her old aged mother. At this juncture, if the petitioner is transferred to remote area, she would be facing great inconvenience. The petitioner has also referred to medical certificate issued so far as her illness is concerned and for which she require constant medical aid therefore she should not have been transferred.

Given the aforesaid facts, let the Petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents in this regard within a period of 10 days from the date of
-2receipt of copy of this order and respondents in turn shall take a decision within further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

Till the representation is decided, there shall be a stay of effect and operation of order so far as the petitioner is concerned. 5.
