Appellant has approached this Court by filing a contempt petition against the order dated 09.07.2020 passed by this Court in WA No. 428 of 2019 filed by the present Applicant.

The grievance raised by the Applicant is that the Respondent has not complied with the order as directed by this Court and she has submitted her resignation only after getting the appointment order.

We have perused the impugned order. Perusal of the impugned order would show that the appeal of the Applicant herself has been dismissed with some observation. There is no direction of any nature to the Respondents therein. 4.
