Heard.

This is the second bail application of the applicant and the earlier application is disposed off as withdrawn with a direction to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order and now it is more than six months. Hence, the prayer has been made by the applicant for grant of bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the bail application and submits that out of all the witnesses, only 4 witnesses are remaining to be examined by the trial Court, hence, again a direction be issued to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. Heard counsel for both the parties and perused the case diary.

After due consideration, this application is disposed off and the concerned Court is again directed to expedite and conclude the trial as far as practicable within a period of 2 months from the date of communication of this order.
