The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 245/2018 registered at Police Station Chhawani, Distt. Durg for the offence punishable under Sections 363,366, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that two witnesses including prosecutrix and her mother have already been examined. 3.
I have heard counsel for the applicant the perused the material available on record.

Taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case and the fact that four prosecution witnesses have already been examined, it would be expedient to
direct the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 5.
With the aforesaid observations, the second application stands disposed of. Certified copy, as per rules.
