1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P1 dated 22.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Government Higher Secondary School, Dashrangpur, District: Mungeli to Government Higher Secondary School, Mudhipar, District: Rajnandgaon, (C.G.)

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the petitioner's transfer is contravention to the transfer policy. According to the petitioner, the husband of the petitioner is also a government employee and is

-2posted at place within the same district, Mungeli, whereas under the transfer policy, the respondents ought to have considered retaining of the petitioner at the same place as far as possible.

3. Given the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order and the Respondents may consider the representation within further 45 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, there shall be stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order (Annexure P-1), so far as the petitioner is concerned.
