On due consideration of the reasons assigned therein and finding the same to be satisfactory, I.A. No.01 is allowed and the delay occurred in filing of the instant Cr.M.P. is condoned.

Also heard the present application seeking for grant of leave to appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 14.06.2016 passed in Misc. Criminal Case No. 726/2013. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the provisions of Section 118 of Negotiable Instrument Act, this Court is of the opinion that arguable points have been raised by the counsel for the petitioner for grant of leave to appeal.

Accordingly, leave as prayed for is granted.
